Hello

I’m Chelsea. I’m an educator, athlete, friend, wife, mom, and plant lady who is always creating something new, whether via paint, food, music, or ideas. I’m amazing at movie trivia and not so good at deadlines. I’m passionate about equipping people to grow in radical self-love no matter their size. I hope that my work helps build supportive Health at Every Size (HAES) communities where everyone feels accepted and loved because of who they are, not in spite of it.
